The wine is crafted with meticulous care, sourced from the best parcels of fruit and aged for 12 months in older oak. The hand-selected fruit was machine-picked and fermented on skins, with parcels kept separate across four picks over three weeks. The oak influence is subtle, allowing the ripe fruit character to shine through.
